Product performance characteristics
Vertical CNC quenching machine tool adopts frame type welding bed structure, double-layer precision table, upper table movement, the machine tool upper table movement adopts ball screw transmission, stepper motor drive, moving speed steplessly adjustable, parts rotation using frequency conversion speed regulation control, speed stepless adjustable. The part clamping length can be adjusted electrically to accommodate changes in the length of the quenched part for easy adjustment. Product structure features
The main machine is composed of bed, double-layer precision table, upper top seat adjustment sliding mechanism, upper top assembly, table movement and transmission system, spindle rotation and transmission system, parts rotation and upper top adjustment mechanism, matching balance, hood, electrical numerical control part, etc.
1. Bed part: the machine tool adopts the welding bed structure, and the whole is stress-relieved annealed. The surface of the main exposed parts is specially treated and has good anti-rust and corrosion resistance.
2. Top adjustment mechanism: The top adjustment adopts electric adjustment, which can realize the clamping of workpieces of different lengths.
3. Table system: the stepper motor is used to drive the ball screw through the speed change mechanism to realize the lifting movement of the upper table, the moving speed is steplessly adjustable, the transmission is light, the guidance accuracy is high, and the positioning is accurate.
4. Spindle rotation system: the asynchronous motor drives the spindle rotation through the speed change mechanism and the transmission shaft. The frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted to realize the stepless adjustment of the speed of the parts.
5. Hood: The hood is made of thick steel plate. Well-made, beautiful appearance, generous color. The upper part of the frame is equipped with glass windows and sliding doors, which not only prevent splashing of cooling water, but also facilitate the loading and unloading of parts and monitoring the quenching process.
6. Electrical control part: the electrical control part is composed of numerical control system, frequency conversion speed governor, intermediate relay, etc., power supply line: 3 phase, 380V, 1.5Kw; The quenching process that can store more than <> kinds of parts can be programmed and stored by the CNC keypad.
